Vincenzo Iannone

Vincenzo has been working in the dental field for the last 25 years. After graduating from a prestigious dental college in Italy as a dental technician, he worked in various dental laboratories in Naples, Modena and Milan – giving him extensive experience of dental laboratory work. He was also a chair-side dental technician at the US Military Naval Dental Clinic in Naples, where he gained practical experience of understanding patient needs. He moved to the UK in the late 1990s and although now a British citizen, he still sees himself as an Italian in London.

Vincenzo ran the dental lab for Dentics, London's pioneer cosmetic dental practice. Whilst there, he specialised in smile design and developed his expertise by attending cosmetic dental courses in the UK and abroad. In 2003 he established New Smile Lab.

In his work Vincenzo is a meticulous artist and craftsman. He personally takes care of every job from the smile design to creating the finished dental device.

As well as developing his technical knowledge and expertise in cosmetic dentistry through attending national and international courses and conferences, he is also interested in the psychology of smile design.

Vincenzo teaches alongside Dr Christopher Orr as an integral part of the teaching faculty at Advanced Dental Seminars. He is registered with the General Dental Council and is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
